Tom Pivac

Tom Pivac has been with Macalister Mazengarb for some 45 years, practising in all personal property and small business areas.

He has a great interest in all aspects of sport and has previously been involved in sports management and advice, including being an adviser to regional and national sports bodies and individuals.

Tom’s main area of practice is in Wellington City but he also services the Kapi-Mana area of Wellington and attends the firm’s Porirua City office on an appointment basis. He has extensive knowledge of Wellington and wider regions, its business and cultural communities and advises many of its cultural and religious organisations and affiliated bodies.

Tom's practice includes advising on:

• all title matters;

• all property finance matters;

• all forms of documentation recording sale and purchase arrangements; and

• all aspects of small businesses (including their setting up and ongoing administration).
