Robyn has considerable experience working in residential property and development law. She has a loyal client base and has become a trusted adviser to builders, property developers and individuals alike.

Robyn frequently advises on major subdivisions and is the firm’s “go to” when advice is needed in regard to complex title related matters, large and small subdivisions, boundary adjustments, easements, encumbrances, covenants, crossing leasing, freehold and unit title developments.

Robyn also has extensive experience in residential conveyancing dealing with the complex issues of purchasing and selling properties from plans, helping first home buyers to seasoned investors to make sound decisions when buying and selling.

Robyn is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, a Registered Conveyancing Practitioner of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers and a Member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.
